The Blue Gold All Star Footbal Classic consists of players from 28 area CYO teams chosen by their coaches to participate in the game.  The game is Saturday, April 24th, 2010 @ 6:30 PM at Quick Stadium on the campus of Widener University, home of the Pride. The game is sponsored by the Knights of Columbus De La Salle Council #590.  Since 1994 this event which has been recognized by Delaware County Council and The Pennsylvania House of Representatives for their work with children's charities.  In that time frame the Blue - Gold has raised over $300,000 for the youth of our community. Our designated charities this year are the Al Consalvi Charity Fund , MMA Research Fund, and the James J Costello High School Tuition Grant.
